Kenneth Simpson Jr. Talks His Love For The Game Of Basketball And His Next Stop At The U of A.

Ever since I could remember I have loved playing basketball. It’s made up my life. Basketball has become my life, and has given me the opportunity to have experiences and earn things that I wouldn’t have been able to if it wasn’t for basketball. I go to Chaminade College Preparatory High School and it’s been an amazing journey from my freshman year all the way up to this year, my senior year. We’ve made countless memories like going to China my freshman and junior year which is something not a lot of teams get to do. I’ve been able to grow not only as a basketball player but as a student and man at Chaminade because of how amazing the school is.

However, now that it is my senior year I’m excited for my next journey – I’m committed to play basketball at the University of Arizona under Coach Miller and the Wildcat Family! I’m excited for this journey and I can’t wait to prove everyone wrong. With Covid continuing to put more things on hold I wasn’t able to have a true AAU season but there have been a good amount of camps that I attended for a couple of last runs as a senior. But now that I’ve been training everyday and multiple times for Arizona I persuade everyone to just watch and see what is about to come… #beardown.

“Press Sports has helped gain a huge amount of supporters and fans that have made themselves known to appreciate my talent. Not only that, it has helped put my name out there for anyone who hasn’t heard of it and show them to see what they’ve been missing out on. This app is amazing and I’m just glad to be a part of it.” – Kennith Simpson Jr.
